摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在肺结核患者护理中的综合效果。方法选取2011年3月至2014年9月我院收治的122例肺结核患者,随机分为2组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理,观察两组肺结核患者的护理效果。结果观察组肺结核患者的护理依从性、心理状态评分及住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予肺结核患者人性化护理措施具有显著的临床效果,值得推荐使用。
Objective To explore the comprehensive effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Method 122 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in admitted in our hospital from March to 2014 September 2011 to selected and randomly assigned to 2 groups, the control group received the routine nursing care, the observation group received humane care, observation and nursing of two groups of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results In the observation group, the nursing compliance, the psychological state and the length of stay of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanized nursing measures for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has a significant clinical effect, it is worth recommending.
