摘要
介绍了美国在如何通过源头消减、再循环利用、堆肥等措施提高城市固体废物回收利用率,采取城市固体废弃物填埋、废弃物能量回收等方面的众多举措以减少废物的最终处置量。并阐述了在提高城市固体废物收集效率、降低日常运营成本等方面所做出的探索努力,促使美国城市固体废物的回收利用走上了良性循环的发展道路,对中国城市固体废物的日常管理及发展方向具有一定的参考借鉴作用。
This paper introduced how to improve the utilization efficiency of municipal solid waste （MSW） through source reduction, recycling utilization, composting and other measures, and how to reduce the amount in the disposition of waste by municipal solid waste landfill and waste energy recovery in the United States. It exhibited their explore prospects in the field of how to increase the collection efficiency and decrease the operating costs, which prompted the urban solid waste recycling on the virtuous cycle of development path. It has a certain reference value to our MSW daily management and development direction.
