摘要
目的探讨泪前隐窝径路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的有效性。方法将60例真菌性上颌窦炎患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用鼻内镜中鼻道上颌窦开窗术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下泪前隐窝径路手术治疗。观察两组患者手术情况、术后并发症及治疗效果。结果两组患者手术时间及术中出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泪前隐窝径路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎效果显著,有助于彻底清除病灶组织,提高治愈率,术后并发症发生率低,为安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of anterior lacrimal recess approach surgery in treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods Sixty cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent nasal endoscope nasal meatus fenestration of maxillary sinus treatment and the observation group was treated with endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach surgical procedure. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, complications in 6 months after operation were observed to evaluate the curative effect. Results The operation time and blood loss of two groups had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ） ;the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Prelacrimal recess approach surgery in treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis contributes to a more complete removal of the lesion tissue ,improve the cure rate, decrease incidence rate of postoperative complications as a safe and effective treatment approach.
