摘要
本文提出纳米结构中也普遍存在着态迭加,迭加的结果是能级而不是能带.根据久保理论,相邻能级间隔与粒子体积成反比.导致能带分裂为不连续能级的最根本原因是参与组合的原子轨道数目下降,而此数目是由量子限域效应决定.
This article propose that the state superposition exists in Nano structure. The result of superposition is energy levels not energy band. According to Kubo theory, the interval of adjacent energy levels is reciprocal proportion to the particle volume. The fundamental reason that lead energy band splitting into discontinuous energy levels is the declination of atomic orbit number which take part in conbination. Besides, this number is determined by quantum continement effect.
