为了进一步提高不连沟选煤厂的经济效益,对降低浅槽重介质分选机分选下限的可行性进行探索,目的是提高原煤入选率和商品煤产量,进而提升企业经济效益。不连沟选煤厂重介分选下限原为13 mm,根据试验结果和现场探索,其分选下限可降至10 mm;在重介分选下限调整后,精煤产率提高1.98个百分点,对应生产方案产生下的销售收入增加1 227万元,经济成效显著,且不会给块煤洗选系统和煤泥水处理系统带来严重的不良影响。
In order to further improve the economic performance of Bulianggou Coal Washery, an investigation is made of the feasibility for the shallow-trough heavy medium separator to wash down to a smaller size, so as to increase the proportion of raw coal treated and the output of saleable coal for better economic performance. Previously the separator was treating a feed with a lower size limit of 13 mm which can be further reduced to 10 mm as evidenced by test result and field investigation. After the re-adjustment of the lower size limit, the yield of clean coal and sales income are seen to increase by 1.98percentage points and 12.27 million yuan respectively, bringing about for the washery a remarkable economic result. Moreover, the re-adjustment produces no adverse effect on the coarse coal washing system and slurry water treatment circuit.
