HMDA-636×117磁选机溢流调节装置的研制与应用

摘要 为了解决新河矿业选煤厂HMDA-636×117磁选机溢流调节不及时和精度低的问题,在对其结构分析的基础上,通过在尾矿槽底部管路增设对夹式手柄蝶阀调节尾矿流量,以达到调节溢流高度的目的。生产实践表明:该调节方法简便易行,不但能够实现溢流的动态调节,而且调节精度高,能将溢流高度控制在最合适的高度;溢流调节装置投入使用后,磁选尾矿带介量和吨煤介质消耗量均降低,节约了大量材料成本,经济效益较显著。 The trouble with the operation of the HMDA-636 × 117 magnetic separator of Xinhe Washery is that the regulation of its overflow fails to be made in time and in an accurate manner. Through structural analysis, it is decided to fit a wafer butterfly valve on the pipe at the bottom of the railings tank. The valve has a handle bar through which the tailings flow can be regulated for controlling the height of the separator's overflow. Practice shows it is a simple and easy-to-separate control means through which it is possible to realize not only dynamic regulation of overflow with high accuracy, but also control of overflow at an most appropriate height. The use of the overflow control device has brought about substantial economic benefit for the washery due to reduction of quantity of medium in magnetic tailings, less medium consumption per ton of coal treated, and cutdown of costs of materials.
