摘要
目的探讨交叉配血中疑难血型的处理方案。方法选取该站2014年9月—2016年11月收到各地区医疗机构送检的未定型及正反不相符的疑难血型标本230份为研究对象。使用疑难血型三步分析法鉴定ABO正反定型不一的原因。结果人为原因导致39例(16.96%),治疗因素及疾病本身导致191例(83.04%)。结论应用三步分析法对ABO疑难血型进行处理分析,能有效快速的对疑难血型进行鉴定,保障输血安全,值得推广。
Objective Discussion on the treatment of difficult blood group in cross matching blood.Methods Select the site from September 2014 to November 2016 received the medical institutions in various regions of the 230 types of blood samples were not finalized and positive and negative does not match the study as the object of study.The use of difficult blood type three step analysis to identify the reasons for the different ABO positive and negative stereotypes.Results 39 cases(16.96%) were caused by human factors,and the factors of treatment and the disease itself resulted in 191 cases(83.04%).Conclusion The application of the three step analysis method for the analysis of ABO difficult blood type,can effectively identify the difficult blood group,to ensure the safety of blood transfusion,it is worth promoting.
