肌力训练指导书在玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用

摘要 [目的]观察肌力训练指导书在玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用效果。[方法]将112例骨科门诊接受玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统的肌力训练指导,而观察组则视个体情况为病人设计肌力训练指导书,让病人按照指导书进行系统肌力训练,比较两组病人的lequesne指数评分。[结果]病人均得到随访,随访时间12个月~26个月,平均16个月。观察组在第6个月及第12个月lequesne指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]有针对性的系统肌力训练可增强膝关节周围特别是股内侧肌力,促进膝关节稳定性,有助于提升玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性炎的治疗效果。
