摘要
基于"三重网络嵌入"视角,系统分析了中层管理者在企业创新中的角色效应,并采用问卷调查获取数据,对企业创新网络、中层管理者的角色行为及创新绩效三者之间的关系进行了实证检验。结果表明:企业创新具有显著的三重网络嵌入性特征,行政网络、知识网络和社会网络对企业创新绩效具有显著影响,中层管理者在其中扮演着中介角色。
Based on the “ triple network embedded” perspective,this paper analyzes middle manager’s role effects in enterprise innovation.Through using the questionnaire data,it empirically examines the relations among innovation networks,middle managers,and innovation perfor^nance.The results show that the enterprise innovation has significant characteristics of triple network embeddedness, and administrative network,knowledge netw-ork and social network have significant influences on enterprise innovation perfor^nance in which middle managers play mediate roles.
