摘要
工厂在进行家具生产活动的时候经常会出现制品堆积严重、库存增加、运营成本加大、企业无法完全挖掘工厂产能的问题。本文介绍了制约理论的定义、管理的理念以及分析了家具生产系统中瓶颈工序可能存在的位置,阐述了在家具生产中如何寻找瓶颈并且克服瓶颈的方法。本文为企业提供了一种新的管理思路,有利于提高企业利润、降低库存、缩短生产周期。
The furniture manufacturing enterprises often encounter serious problems such as heavy accu- mulation of WIP inventory, increasing inventories and operating costs, and underutilized productivity. The definition and management philosophy of the theory of constraints, and the location of potential bottleneck in the production system of furniture were introduced. The methods to overcome the bottleneck were expounded by understanding how to find out the bottleneck in furniture production. A new enterprise man- agement idea is provided, which will be favourable to the improving of corporate profits, the reducing of in- ventory, and the shortening of production cycle.
