摘要
随着地方高校在地方创新体系和经济社会发展中产生的影响和作用逐渐增强,地方政府对地方高校的依赖程度日渐增大,地方高校科技创新能力的提升刻不容缓。本文通过分析地方高校科技创新在服务地方经济发展中的优势与不足,阐述提升地方高校科技创新能力的对策。
With the influence of local colleges and universities in the regional innovation system and economic and social development and gradually increased, local government reliance on local universities increasing, scientific and technological innovation ability disadvantages of local colleges and universities＇scientific and technological innovation in serving local economic development, this paper expounds the countermeasures to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of local universities.
