摘要
目的:观察益安宁丸对RHF患者LVEF、BNP、RDW的影响,探讨其在RHF治疗中可能的作用机制和临床应用价值。方法:纳入经规范化抗心衰治疗病情未见好转甚至恶化,NYHA心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的RHF患者200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在规范抗心衰治疗基础上加用益安宁丸治疗8周。治疗前后分别行心脏彩超、检测血浆BNP浓度、RDW;分析治疗前后LVEF、BNP、RDW及心衰积分变化。结果:心功能改善总有效率78%,LVEF平均水平较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),BNP平均水平较治疗前降低30%以上(P<0.05),RDW平均水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),心衰积分较治疗前减少(P<0.05)。结论:益安宁丸能明显提高RHF患者LVEF;降低RHF患者血清BNP浓度和RDW水平。有效地改善患者临床症状及生活质量,减少再住院率。
Objective： To observe the effect of Yi＇anning Pill in treating patients with RHF of LVEF, BNP, RDW, and to explore its possible role in RHF treatment mechanism and clinical application value. Methods ： Including in the heart function NYHA class Ⅲ, Ⅳ RHF, 200 cases of patients, it had been acceptd with the standard heart failure treatment, but did not see improvement or even worse, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for translation. The treatment group was based on the standard heart failure therapy and plused Yi＇anning Pill treatment for 8 weeks. Line before and after treatment, we would cheek the Doppler heart eolour to exceed, plasma BNP and RDW ; we would analysis LVEF, BNP, RDW and integral change heart failure before and after the treatment. Results ： The cardiac function improvement was 78% ; The average of LVEF was obviously increased （ P〈0.05 ）; The average of BNP was lower more than 30% compared with the before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. The average of RDW was reduced significantly （ P〈0.05 ）; Heart failure points was reduced comparing with no treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yi＇anning Pill can obviously increase LVEF in patients and reduce the BNP, RDW of RHF patients. It not only can improve the clinical symptoms quality of life effectively, but also can reduce the RHF of hospitalization rates again.
