摘要
目的探讨全胃切除术治疗老年贲门癌患者的临床效果。方法选取在我院胃肠外科手术治疗的40例老年贲门癌患者,随机分为全胃切除组(全胃切除术)、次全切组(姑息性胃次全切除术)。结果全胃切除组的生存时间为29.0个月,次全切组的生存时间为24.0个月(P<0.05)。结论全胃切除术治疗老年贲门癌患者对于延长患者的生存时间具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of total gastrectomy m tlae treatment ot senne caralac cancer,Methods Forty patients with gastric cardia cancer undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into total gastrectomy group （total gastrectomy）, subtotal resection group （palliative subtotal gastrectomy）. Results The overall survival time was 29.0 months in the total gastrectomy group and 24.0 months in the subtotal resection group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Total gastrectomy for the treatment of elderly patients with cardiac cancer has positive significance in prolonging the survival time of patients.
