摘要
目的探究小组健康教育在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月至2015年9月期间,在本院接受治疗的80例老年糖尿病患者,依据入院时间的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均给予相同的治疗方案,对照组患者给予传统健康教育,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用小组健康教育,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的各项血糖指标、不良生活习惯及护理满意度。结果两组患者在治疗前的血糖指标空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组的血糖指标FBG、PBG、Hb Alc均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前的不良生活习惯比较无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,观察组患者的不良生活习惯显著减少,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度97.5%显著优于对照组患者的护理满意度82.5%(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论老年糖尿病患者在治疗的同时应用小组健康教育,不仅能够提高治疗效果,改变患者的不良生活习惯,而且提高护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore application effect of group health education on the elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, according to admission time sequence is divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given the same treatment, control group patients gave the traditional health education, group on the basis of conventional nursing group health education, observed the two groups were compared before and after treatment the blood sugar index, bad living habit and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in terms of fasting blood glucose （ FBG）, postprandial 2H blood glucose （PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） （P 〉 0. 05） ; After treatment, bad habits of the patients in the observation group were significantly reduced, compared with the control group （P〈0.05） ; the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （82.5%）, with statistical significance （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Treatment with applied group health education in elderly patients with diabetes, can not only improve the treatment effect, change the patient＇s bad habits, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
