摘要
农业特色小镇是产业转型升级的重要路径之一,也是经济新常态下农业供给侧结构性改革的重要举措。通过相关文献的研究尝试提出农业特色小镇的概念,并在此基础上从新型业态变化的角度思考农业特色小镇发展的可能性;提出建设特色品牌,推动三产融合,保护和开发农业文化,改善居住环境的建设理念;最后从建设的原则、路径和步骤角度尝试构建农业特色小镇。
Characteristics small town of agricultural is not only the one of the important path of trans-formation and upgrading of the industry, but also significant action of agricultural supply side structural reform under the new normal. The article tries to put forward the concept of characteristic small town of agricultural through the literature research, on the basis, this paper thinks the development possibility from the perspective of new format change, and then, it highlights we should construct the characteris-tics of regional agricultural resources, promote agricultural transformation upgrade, protect and exploit agricultural culture, perfect living condition, at last, it put forward to build characteristic small town of agriculture, from the perspective of construction principle, the path, and the step.
