摘要
介绍庄礼兴教授治疗中风失语的特色疗法。庄教授认为本病病标在舌,病本在脑,与心、肝、肾密切相关,与心经、脾经、肾经相联系;因风、火、痰、瘀等病邪上蒙清窍,窍闭而神气妄行,致舌强或舌软不能语,故以"醒神开窍、通络利舌"为总治则。治疗时强调针药结合,局部取穴与循经辨证取穴结合,多种针法综合使用。
To introduce professor ZHUANG Li-xing＇s experience for treating aphasia after stroke. Professor ZHUANG Li-xing considers that this kind of disease has tongue-related symptoms,but the root cause of it is closely associated with the Heart,the Liver and the Kidney,the Heart meridian,the Spleen meridian and the Kidney meridian. Upper orifices are confused by the pathogens of wind,fire,phlegm and stasis. Obstruction of those orifices leads to frenetic movement of spirit-qi,which causes the tongue too stiff or too weak to speak.Therefore,＂Opening orifices to awaken spirit-qi and dredging collaterals to benefit tongue＂are the general principle. Various treatments were emphasized,such as the combination of acupuncture with Chinese medicine,the combination of local points and syndrome differentiation points along the meridians.
