摘要
电液比例控制系统由于控制模型的参数无法准确获取,存在难以实现高精度、响应速度快和抗干扰能力强的控制系统的问题,本次研究采用最小二乘系统辨识法与智能PID控制相结合,有效地解决电液比例压力控制系统的难题。首先建立电液比例压力控制系统的理论模型;其次,在理论模型的基础上,根据系统单输入和单输出的实验数据,采用最小二乘系统辨识法,获得电液比例压力控制系统的传递函数;然后,根据传递函数模型,采用MATLAB软件求解非线性方程组得到系统模型参数;最后,采用智能PID控制方法,对控制系统进行仿真。仿真数据表明,本次研究成果对于工业中电液比例压力控制系统具有较好的指导作用。
It employed the method which combine least square method and intelligent PID to handle some problems of electro- hydraulic proportional control system, such as: uncle to get the accurate parameters of control model, and hard to establish high precision, fast response and strong anti-interference capacity control system Firstly, the theory model of electro- hydraulic proportional pressure control system was built. Secondly, the transfer function of it was obtained by least square method on the basis of single input and single output data Then, the accurate parameters of theory model were worked out by MATLAB software. Lastly, the simulation of control system was implement by intelligent PID. The simulation result showed that this research achievement had guiding siguifwauce for electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control system in practical engineering.
