摘要
本文采用 scl-90量表、locke-wallance 婚姻调适测定及家庭评定设计问卷等对118对较高文化层次的年轻夫妇进行了调查研究,结果表明,在正常人群中的丈夫和妻子均可存在轻度的心理损害,且有女性重于男性的倾向;家庭角色功能不良、家庭沟通不良、家庭行为控制功能不良及情感介入功能不良等对夫妇产生不尽一致的心理反应;夫妇之间的心理症状可交互影响;心理健康仅与其自评的婚姻幸福度有关,与配偶评定的婚姻幸福度无关,提示在人群中开展家庭心理卫生工作的重要性。
Investigating 118 intelligent young couples with SCL-90,Marrital Adjustmentand Prediction Test,and Family Assessment Device(FAD),we found that both husbands andwives showed generally mild psychological trouble while females had a little more probloms.Though the couples interacted on each other,husband and wife psychologically respondeddifferently to poor family function in the respect of family roles,communication,affectiveresponsivness,affective involvement and behavior control.The mental health level of subjectsinvestigated was only related to their self-reported marital satisfaction but not to theirspouses' reports.
