锡槽中的化学反应及不同部位沉积物分析

摘要 介绍了浮法玻璃锡槽污染的来源及锡槽中的化学反应。通过X射线衍射仪对锡槽不同部位及过渡辊台上的沉积物进行分析,并对相关化学反应的吉布斯自由能进行计算。结果表明锡槽污染最终的沉积物主要以SnO_2、SnS的物质形态存在。 This paper introduces sources of the float tin bath pollution and chemical reaction of tin bath. The sediments from tin bath and life up rolls were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) . Through calculating the Gibbs free energy of related reactions, the result shows that sediments of tin bath pollution ultimately exist mainly in the form of Sn02 and SnS.
