摘要
针对红外热成像诊断技术存在的相关问题,设计并研发了以专家系统为核心的红外热成像诊断技术,再根据诊断结果规定了热故障等级和处理措施,用以对高压电气设备进行红外热成像,并对其故障进行自动识别与故障分析。通过对某220 k V变电站的三相刀闸进行对比热成像试验,并分析可知:基于专家系统的红外热成像诊断技术可以较为准确地找到电气设备的故障位置、区域温差,并分析其故障原因。实现了对输变电设备的在线状态检测,为电力运维人员提供了参考。
This paper designed and developed an infrared thermal imaging diagnostic device with the core of expert system, in order to solve the problems existing in the infrared thermal imaging diagnostic techniques. The device can be used to produce infrared thermal image for high voltage electrical equipment and the identify and analyze fault. According to the diagnostic results, the thermal fault level and countermeasures are provided. Finally, a comparative test is carried out for a three-phase disconnecting link in a 220 kV substation, the results show that the system can accurately identify equipment failure location, the difference of regional temperatures, and the cause of the fault. The actual measurement of dielectric loss has verified the convenience and practicability of the device, so it is useful for operators.
