摘要
韩雪教授临床经验丰富,对小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗有独到见解,临床善于应用对药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽,选药轻清灵动,配伍巧妙,乌梅丸主治症状,以寒热错杂、虚实兼并是其主要特点。张仲景之乌梅丸原为蛔厥而设,蛔厥即由于蛔虫蛔而厥的寒热虚实错杂之证。但随着古代和现代医生对乌梅丸证的更深入了解其应用范围越来越广泛,使其功效得到了更切合实际的发挥。本文从乌梅丸来源、组方功效及其典型病例,介绍韩雪教授曾多次辨证应用乌梅丸治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽,取得了理想的疗效。
Professor Han Xue has rich clinical experience and unique insights in the treatment of pneumonia in children with asthma,and has good clinical application of drug with exact drug selection and compatibility. Wumei pills in the treatment disease has main feature attending symptoms to intermingled cold and heat and intermingled deficiency and excess. Wumei pills are made for ascaria-sis of biliary tract by Zhang Zhongjing, which is the cold and heat of the actual and complex syndrome. But with the ancient and modern doctors on the Wumei pills permits a more in-depth understanding of the scope of its application is more and more widely, its effectiveness has been more realistic play. In this paper, from the source of Wumei pills, prescription efficacy and typical cases, Pro-fessor Han Xue has repeatedly applied Wumei pills in the treatment of pneumonia in children with asthma, and achieved the desired effect.
