摘要
目的探讨僵蝉二黄散合八珍汤加减在经行头痛患者中的临床效果。方法 70例经行头痛患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组采用僵蝉二黄散合八珍汤加减治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组不同时间点疼痛评分进行评估。结果两组治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、5、10、15 d VAS评分分别为(4.53±1.28)、(3.21±0.97)、(1.25±0.78)、(0.53±0.14)分,均低于对照组的(5.73±1.29)、(4.09±1.02)、(3.24±0.81)、(0.98±0.16)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经行头痛患者采用僵蝉二黄散合八珍汤加减治疗效果理想,能减轻患者疼痛,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiangchan Erhuang powder eombined with Bazhen decoction add and subtract in the treatment of headache during menstruation. Methods A total of 70 patients headache during menstruation were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received flunarizine hydroehloride capsules for treatment, and the observation group received Jiangchan Erhuang powder combined with Bazhen decoction add and subtract for treatment. Pain score at different time points was evaluated in two groups by visnal analogue scale （VAS）. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in VAS score before treatment （P〉0.05）. The observation group had VAS score after 1, 5, 10 and 15 d of treatment respectively as （4.53 ± 1.28）, （3.21 ± 0.97）, （1.25 ± 0.78） and （0.53 ± 0.14） points, which were lower than （5.73 ± 1.29）, （4.09 ± 1.02）, （3.24 ± 0.81） and （0.98 ± 0.16） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Jiangehan Erhuang powder and Bazhen decoction add and subtract shows ideal treatment effect in treating headache during menstruation, and it can reduce pain in patients. So it is worth of promotion and application.
