摘要
目的分析3~15岁屈光不正患儿的屈光不正特点及配镜处方。方法对223例(共423只眼)屈光不正且因视力降低需配镜的患儿给予阿托品眼膏或复方托吡卡胺眼水充分散瞳,对其屈光不正特点及配镜处方进行统计分析。结果 223例屈光不正配镜患儿中,自觉视力下降者99例,体检异常124例。配镜处方中,近视80只眼,占全部眼数的18.91%;远视25只眼,占全部眼数的5.91%;散光318只眼,占全部眼数的75.18%。散光318只眼中复性散光113只眼,占散光眼的35.53%;单纯性散光163只眼,占散光眼的51.26%;混合散光42只眼,占散光眼的13.21%。按照散光程度:轻度散光(≤1 D)93只眼,中度散光(1<D≤2)90只眼,重度散光(2<D≤3)82只眼,高度散光(>3 D)53只眼。223例患儿中伴有斜视者20例,屈光参差者18例,弱视者88例。结论本次研究的屈光不正患儿,体检发现以散光多见,弱视患儿所占比重较高。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of refractive error in 3-15 year old children and its spectacle prescription. Methods A total of 223 （423 eyes） refractive error children requiring spectacle due to decreased eyesight received atropine eye ointment or compound tropicamide eye drops for fully mydriasis, and their statistical analysis were made on characteristics of refractive error and spectacle prescription. Results Among 223 refractive error children, there were 99 cases with self-discovered decreased eyesight and 124 cases with physical abnormalities. Spectacle prescription included 80 myopia eyes, accounting for 18.91%, 25 hyperopiaeyes, accounting for 5.91%, and 318 astigmatism eyes, accounting for 75.18%. Among 318 astigmatism eyes, there were 113 compound astigmatism eyes, accounting for 35.53%, 163 simple astigmatism eyes, accounting for 51.26%, and 42 mixed astigmatism eyes, accounting for 13.21%. According to degree of astigmatism, there were 93 mild astigmatism （ ≤ 1 D） eyes, 90 moderate astigmatism （1〈D ≤ 2） eyes, 82 severe astigmatism （2〈D ≤ 3） eyes, and 53 high astigmatism （〉3 D） eyes. Among 223 children, there were 20 cases complicated with strabismus, 18 anisometropia cases and 88 amblyopia cases. Conclusion Most refractive error children are discovered by physical abnormalities in this study, with astigmatism as the main type, and the proportion of amblyopia children is high.
