摘要
目的对比肩锁关节脱位患者应用钩钢板内固定术与改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗的临床效果。方法 74例肩锁关节脱位患者,按照计算机数表法分为甲组和乙组,各37例。甲组患者给予钩钢板内固定术治疗,乙组患者给予改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗,对比分析两组患者的肩关节功能恢复情况。结果术后两组患者美国肩与肘协会评分系统(ASES)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分较术前明显升高(P<0.05);术后乙组患者ASES评分为(95.3±10.1)分,Constant-Murley评分为(94.3±10.4)分,高于甲组患者的ASES评分(89.1±10.4)分、Constant-Murley评分(82.4±10.0)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肩锁关节脱位患者治疗中,改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗效果更加确切,能够显著改善患者肩关节功能,是一种值得临床进一步应用与普及的治疗方法。
Objective To compare clinical effects by hook plate internal fixation and modified Weaver- Dunn procedure in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation patients. Methods A total of 74 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were divided by computer number table into group A and group B, with 37 cases in each group. Group A received hook plate internal fixation for treatment, and group B received modified Weaver- Dunn procedure for treatment. Comparative analysis was made on shoulder function recovery between the twogroups. Results Both groups had all higher American shoulder and elbow surgeons （ASES） score and Constant- Murley score after operation than those before operation （P〈0.05）. Group B had postoperative ASES score as （95.3 ± 10.1） points and Constant-Murley score as （94.3 ± 10.4） points, which were higher than ASES score as （89.1 ±10.4） points and Constant-Murley score as （82.4 ± 10.0） points in group A. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acromioclavieular dislocation, modified Weaver-Dunn procedure shows precise curative effect, and it can remarkably improve shoulder function of patients. This method is worth further clinical application and promotion.
