Orthogonal Parameter Optimization of Mo-W Coating on 45CrNiMoVA Steel Surface

摘要 采用HEP-Jet超音速等离子喷涂系统在45CrNiMoVA钢表面喷涂Mo-W涂层。利用正交试验法对喷涂电流、喷涂电压以及主气流量进行优化,运用显微硬度计及摩擦磨损试验机对Mo-W涂层进行了分析。并验证了涂层对基体耐磨性的提高。结果表明:Mo-W涂层的耐磨性和硬度正相关,喷涂的最佳参数为:喷涂电流350 A、喷涂电压140V、主气流量95 L/min。涂层的磨损率和摩擦因数均小于基体,涂层的耐磨性要优于基体。 Mo-W coating was sprayed on 45CrNiMoVA steel surface by adopting the technology of HEP-Jet supersonic plasma spray system. Meanwhile, the optimization of spraying current, spraying voltage and main air flow rate was carried out by orthogonal experiment .The Mo-W coating was researched by adopting microhardness tester, friction and wear tester. The improvement of the coating on the wear resistance of the matrix was verified. The results show that: the wear resistance and hardness of Mo-W coating are positively correlated. The optimal parameters for spraying: spraying current 350 A, spraying voltage 140 V and main gas flow rate 95 L/rain. The wear rate and friction coefficient of the coating are less than that of the substrate, as well as, the wear resistance of the coating is better than that of the substrate.
