摘要
分析了天然气发电厂能效现状及节能潜力,提出了能效提升三大方向和具体实施路径,并以某燃气-蒸汽联合循环电厂的综合节能提效改造计划为典型案例,通过低温循环水余热利用、余热锅炉烟气余热回收、天然气预热、燃机进气冷却等改造实施,可将该电厂联合循环效率提升至90%左右,取得较大的经济和社会收益。
The present energy utilization efficiency and energy saving potential of the common natural gas power plants is analyzed, meanwhile three major varieties of improvement approaches and concrete measures were introduced. Furthermore, a model restructuring plan from a certain gas combined cycle power plant was instanced as the exemplary case. In this case, the plant's combined circle efficiency is raised to 90% by the method of waste heat recovery of low-temperature circulating water, flue gas heat recovery of heat recover steam generator, natural gas preheating and gas turbine inlet cooling, which all made a great economic and social benefit.
