摘要
目的:观察养阴清肺汤对慢性咽炎的治疗机制。方法:选取2014年3月至2015年3月来我院就诊的慢性咽炎患者为主要研究对象,评估后选出100例符合试验标准的慢性咽炎患者进行试验,试验前使用数字发生器将所有受试者随机分成两组,养阴清肺汤组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。养阴清肺汤组(n=50)慢性咽炎患者给予养阴清肺汤治疗,对照组(n=50)给予西医对症治疗,治疗1个月为1疗程,共治疗3疗程。最后,比较两组慢性咽炎患者的疗效,分析养阴清肺汤对慢性咽炎的治疗机制。结果:(1)治疗前,两组患者在症状、免疫能力方面的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗后,养阴清肺汤组患者症状消失病人数较对照组更多,治疗总有效率(92%)较对照组(64%)有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,养阴清肺汤组患者CD4+/CD8+值(2.45±0.22)较对照组患者(2.0±0.20)更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清肺汤用于慢性咽炎患者的治疗取得良好疗效,有效改善了患者临床症状,提高临床治愈有效率和患者的自身免疫能力。
Objective： To explore the treating mechanism of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction for chronic pharyngitis. Methods： Selecting 100 chronic pharyngitis patients from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital as the main research object. Before the test, all subjects were randomly divided into two groups： Yangyin Qingfei Decoction group （n = 50） and the controlled group （n = 50） , Yangyin Qingfei Decoction group was given Yangyin Qingfei Decoction and the controlled group was given routin western medicine, symptomatic treatment for 3 months, respectively. Compared clinical effect of the two groups to analysis the treating mechanism. Results： ①There were no statistical significant differences before the treatment in symptomatic and immune function between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. ②Compared with the controlled group after treatment, the symptoms was effectively im- proved in Yangyin Qingfei Decoction group, and the higher total effective rate in Yangyin Qingfei Decoction group （92%） than the controlled group （64%）, with statistical significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. ③After treatment, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ value in Yan- gyin Qingfei Decoction group （2. 45±0. 22） was higher than the controlled group （2. 0±0. 20）, with statistical significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The symptomatic, total effective rate and immune function of chronic pharyngitis patients are well improved in patients with chronic pharyngitis under the treatment of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction.
