摘要
本文采用系统精神检查法,对45例强迫症进行评定。结果发现:(1)强迫症最常见的症状为强迫疑虑(占91%),强迫性不确定(obsessional vacillation)和强迫检查,分别占82%和80%。(2)强迫症的症状分布与出现频率与国外相似,而强迫行为的表现与国外明显不同。提示强迫症状是一种原发现象,受文化因素影响很小。
Forty five obsessional patients were eveluated with systemic psychiatric in-terview,The results show:(1)the most frequent and dominate symptoms of obsession wereobsessional doubts(91%),obsessional vacilltion(82%)and obsessional examination(80%);(2)the distribution and frequency of obsessional symptoms observed were very similar to butobsessional behaviour was significantly different from that found in the West.This indicatesthat obsessional symptoms may be a primiary phenomenon,less affected by cultural factors.
