摘要 随着科技的进步,血常规因其方便及准确的特性,在临床上的诊断意义越来越大。我们身体的血液主要由红细胞、白细胞、血清、血浆及各种各样不同的细胞因子组成。在临床上我们通过检验血常规,会发现血液中细胞的形态及数量变化,通过这些数据可以帮助临床医生诊断各种疾病。比如最常见的感染、贫血及与造血功能相关的血液系统疾病等。在日常检验中,我们一般采用肘静脉采血或者手指末梢采血两种方式采集患者血液。手指末梢采血方式因其疼痛较轻、患者易于接受的特点应用较广泛。随着相关医学手段的进步,我们发现肘静脉采血方式受外界条件的影响更小,结果更加准确。本文从患者自身、检验设备及试剂、检验人员操作三个主观因素及采血时间、采血方式、仪器的校准三个客观因素,六方面探讨了临床检验中应注意的事项,提高了血常规检验的准确性。 With the progress of science and technology, because of its convenience and accurate, the clinical significance of blood routine test is more and more important. Our body's blood is mainly composed of red blood cells, white blood cells, blood serum, plasma and various kinds of cytokines. In clinic, we can find out the morphology and quantity of blood cells through the examination of blood routine. These data can help clinicians diagnose various diseases. For example, the most common infections, anemia and blood system diseases associated with hematopoietie function. In the daily inspection, we usually use the elbow vein blood collection or finger tip blood collection two ways to collect the patient's blood. The method of finger tip blood collection is widely used because of its easy to accept characteristics. With the progress of the relevant medical methods, we found that the elbow vein blood collection method is less affected by the external conditions, the results are more accurate. The matters needing attention in clinical examination are discussed in this paper from the three subjective factors of the patient's own calibration and testing equipment, reagents, inspector operation, and the three objective factors of sampling time, sampling methods, instrument, in order to improve the accuracy of blood routine examination.
