摘要
随着经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)临床应用的增多,PICC管道堵塞时有发生,管道堵塞的护理在临床上受到高度重视。为了减少管道堵塞及相关并发症的发生,笔者现简要综述PICC导管堵塞的表现、可能的原因、危险因素及相应的预防措施及堵管后的处理。
With the increase of PICC clinical application,the congestion of the PICC pipeline has occurred,and the nursing of the obstruction of the pipeline has been paid much attention in clinical way,so as to reduce the occurrence of obstruction and related complication.In this paper,the performance of PICC catheter blockage,the possible causes,risk factors and the corresponding preventive measures and the treatment after plugging are briefly reviewed.
