摘要
介入治疗技术日趋成熟,现已广泛应用于临床治疗。介入手术室是介入治疗的主要场所,由于介入治疗涉及病种多样,发生感染的概率较大。因此,明确介入手术室的病原分布以及强化消毒管理对于保证医疗安全,预防和减少医院感染十分重要。笔者就介入手术室的病源分布和消毒管理现状进行综述。
Interventional therapy is becoming more and more mature and has been widely used in clinical treatment.Interventional operating room is the main place of interventional therapy,due to intervention involving a variety of diseases,the chance of infection is increased.Therefore,it is important to clearly understand the pathogen distribution of the operating room and to strengthen the disinfection management to ensure medical safety,prevention and reduction of nosocomial infection.This paper summarizes the distribution of pathogens and disinfection management in the operating room.
