摘要
根据国标GB 17578-2013《客车上部结构强度要求及实验方法》,基于LS_DYNA软件对某新开发客车车型进行仿真分析及优化。通过Hyper Mesh建立客车仿真分析模型及客车生存空间,设置初始状态为整车翻转与地面接触瞬间,然后采用LS_DYNA进行求解,通过Hyper View查看结果。对生存空间侵入部分的结构进行优化改进或更换材料,使优化后仿真结果达到国标要求。
According to GB 17578-2013 Requirements and Test Methods of Strength for the Superstructure of Bus, the simulated analysis and optimization for a newly developed coach model were conducted based on the LS_DYNA software. The coach simulation analysis model and survival space were established through the HyperMesh. The initial state was set as the moment of vehicle rollover contacting with the ground. Then LS_DYNA was used to solve and the results were checked through HyperView. Optimal improvement or material replacement was conducted for the structure of survival space intruding part. It is shown that the optimized simulation results meet the national standard requirements.
