机械荷载与氯盐环境复合作用下混凝土结构耐久性研究 被引量:8

摘要 我国沿海地区长期受海水、盐雾环境的影响,氯离子侵蚀成为钢筋混凝土结构辐射的元凶。借助室内氯盐侵蚀试验和海边暴露试验,探究轴压荷载与氯盐环境复合作用对混凝土结构耐久性产生的影响。结果证实,不论是短期或长期持载,轴压荷载作用对混凝土耐久性有显著性影响,氯离子表面扩散系数随着应力水平的提升,展现先减小后增大的发展趋势。由海边暴露试验和室内试验结果比较发展,相同条件下,海洋环境下混凝土侵蚀程度明显大于室内氯盐侵蚀,这是因海边环境受多种因素的影响。针对试验结果,使用混凝土结构使用寿命预测模型预测混凝土桥梁寿命,得出不同荷载形式、大小作用下混凝土桥梁的耐久性及影响规律,以期为北方恶劣环境混凝土结构桥梁耐久性提供理论支撑。 China′s coastal areas affected by seawater,salt fog environment for a long time,the chloride ion erosion as radiation of reinforced concrete structures.By means of indoor test and the chlorine salt erosion exposure test,to explore the axial compression load and chlorine salt environment′ s influence on the durability of concrete structure.Results confirm,whether short-term or long-term holding load,axial compression loading has a significant influence on the durability of concrete and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of surface with the stress level of ascension,to show the development trend of increase with the decrease of the first.By the seaside exposure test development,comparing with the results of laboratory test under the same conditions,the ocean is bigger than the erosion degree of the indoor environment concrete chloride salt erosion,it is because of the sea environment is influenced by many factors.According to test results,using concrete structure service life prediction model to predict life of concrete bridge,under the influence of different load form,size,and the influence law of the durability of the concrete bridge,to the north of bad environment of concrete structure durability of bridges to provide theoretical support.
