摘要
本文针对鲁奇Mark4、Mark+气化炉与赛鼎炉三种炉型工艺从工艺过程、煤质适用范围、大型化能力、气化压力、消耗及产出五个方面进行了对比,并在应用业绩上说明了各技术的应用风险。最终结果表明,三种碎煤加压气化技术种目前尚无工业应用的Mark+在数据对比中占据的优势最大;赛鼎炉与Mark4相比,在项目前期投资和后期生产操作费用上各自互有优点。
This paper compares the three kinds of gasification process of Luqi and Sai Ding from the process,the application range of coal quality,the capacity of large scale,consumption and production.Moreover,the application risk of various technologies is illustrated in terms of application performance.The final results show that Mark +,which has no industrial application,has the greatest advantage in data comparison; SaiDing gasifier compared with Mark4,in the project pre-investment and operation costs on each have their respective advantages.
