摘要
目的探讨苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法收集我院2015年7月至2016年7月门诊接受治疗的霉菌性阴道炎50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组患者给予口服氟康唑胶囊,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用苦参凝胶,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率为4.00%(1/25),对照组患者的复发率为16.00%(4/25),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状消失时间(白带减少、外阴瘙痒消失、外阴阴道疼痛消失、黏膜充血消失)明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎,可提高患者的治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of sophora flavescens hydrogel and fluconazole capsule in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods Fifty cases of patients with mycotic vaginitis from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given oral fluconazole capsule, while patients in the control group were given sophora flavescens hydrogel on the basis of control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of control group (P〈0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.00% (1/25), and the recurrence rate of the control group was 16.00% (4/25), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After treatment, the symptoms disappeared time (leucorrhea reduced, genital itching disappeared, vaginal pain disappeared, mucosal congestion disappeared) in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of sophora flavescens hydrogel and fluconazole capsule in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis can improve therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence rate, improve the patients' quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
