摘要
目的分析凉血消银颗粒剂治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年7月至2016年7月收治的143例银屑病患者,随机分为对照组(71例)与观察组(72例),对照组患者给予复方青黛胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予凉血消银颗粒剂治疗,两组患者均进行为期6周的治疗。疗程结束后,比较两组患者在不同治疗方案下取得的临床治疗效果及治疗2年后的复发率。结果治疗后,对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为69.02%,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.05%,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访结果显示,对照组患者在治疗2年后有13例患者病情复发,复发率为18.31%;观察组患者在治疗2年后有7例患者病情复发,复发率为9.72%,观察组患者治疗后的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对银屑病患者使用凉血消银颗粒剂进行治疗能够取得良好的临床效果,且安全性高,可降低患者病情复发的可能性,值得在今后的临床工作中加以推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liangxue Xiaoyin granules in treating psoriasis. Methods One hundred and forty-three patients with psoriasis from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group （71 eases） and observation group （72 cases）, the control group was given compound capsule of natural indigo, while the observation group was given Liangxue Xiaoyin granules, both groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical effect and recurrence rate after 2 years of the two groups under different treatment programs were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 69.02%, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.05% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the clinical treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Follow-up results showed that 13 patients in the control group had relapsed after 2 years of treatment, the recurrence rate was 18.31%; 7 patients in the observation group had relapsed after 2 years of treatment, the recurrence rate was 9.72%, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liangxue Xiaoyin granules can obtain good clinical effect in patients with psoriasis with high safety, which can reduce the possibility of relapse, which is worth popularizing in the future clinical work.
