燃煤锅炉中对流受热面的磨损问题探讨 被引量:5

摘要 受热面的磨损是燃煤锅炉运行中客观存在的现象,针对水平布置对流受热面磨损的原因进行分析,从设计角度出发,认为选择合理的烟气流速,加装防磨罩,加装阻流板,尽量避免局部烟气流速过快区域的出现是减轻和防止对流受热面磨损的一些主要措施;同时在安装,运行,检修等方面提出了减轻磨损的一些建议。 Abrasion of heating surface is common phenomenon in the operation of coal fired boiler. In this paper, the reasons that cause abrasion in horizontal convective heating surface were analyzed. From the design point, the main measures to prevent and reduce abrasion to heating surface include choosing an appropriate flue gas velocity, setting anti-wearing plates and flow deflector plates and avoiding locally high velocity area. Besides, some advices about reducing abrasion in installation, operation and maintenance are given.
