摘要
研究负线损发生的原因及其对策是进一步提高线损统计工作质量的重要课题。通过对电网电能计量系统涉及影响计量准确度因素的分析,可针对性地减少目前存在影响电能计量准确度和负线损问题。经过研究分析结果表明:在理论线损值较小和线路负荷很小情况下,实际运行中客观存在的负线损情况有其合理性。
Cause analysis and countermeasures research of negative line loss is an important subject to further improve the quality of line loss statistics work. The analysis of the factors influencing the measuring accuracy of grid electricity metering system can reduce the factors affecting metering accuracy and solve negative line loss problems. The research and analysis results show that the existence of negative line loss in operation has its rationality under the condition of the low theoretical line loss and small line load.
