摘要
分析了生产药芯焊丝对冷轧带钢性能的特殊要求,根据莱钢冷轧生产线技术特点设计了药芯焊丝专用冷轧带钢,制定了低成本生产工艺,获得了不同深冲性能的钢带,并分析了生产工艺对产品性能的影响因素。
The special requirements on properties of cold-rolled steel strip for the production of flux-cored wire is analyzed. According to the technical characteristics of Laiwu Steel cold rolling production line, cold-rolled steel strip for flux-cored wire is design, production process with low cost is formulated, steel strip of different deep drawing performance is gained, and the influencing factors of production technology on product performance also analyzed.
