摘要
对太钢06Cr13冷板进行高温热处理试验,从组织和硬度变化的角度研究了其高温奥氏体化过程。结果表明,在930~1 080℃试验温度范围内,碳化物完全回溶,奥氏体含量是先增加后减少;在960~1 020℃时,奥氏体含量最高。
Through high-heat treatment for long time, the austenization behavior of 06Cr13 cold-rolled stainless steel plate by TISCO is studied by analyzing microslxucture and hardness change. The results show that during the temperature arrange of 930-1 080℃ all carbides dissolve, and the austenite amount increases first and then decreases. When the treatment temperature is 960- 1 020℃, the anstenite amount is maximum.
