摘要
为了探索白檀果实发育过程中主要内含物与矿物质积累规律和相关性,对不同发育阶段白檀果实进行内含物和矿物质相对含量测定分析。结果发现:白檀果实发育阶段大致可以根据含油率变化规律划分为3个阶段:油脂积累缓慢期、油脂积累快速期和油脂积累稳定期。不同果实发育时期中,油脂、糖类和蛋白质三大主要内含物的积累规律并非一致,油脂积累缓慢期主要合成糖类和蛋白质,但是在油脂积累快速期大量分解促进油脂合成,而蛋白质等储存物质最后在油脂积累稳定期积累。同时发现氮磷钾元素在油脂积累快速期大量富集,并且与果实内含物积累密切相关,其中钾元素与内含物合成代谢相关性显著。
In order to investigate the dynamical development patterns of inclusions (lipid, sugar, and protein) and its correlation with basic minerals (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) in Symplocos paniculata fruits, relative contents of fruit inclusions and minerals at different fruit development stages were determined. The results revealed that three representative fruit development stages could be identified according to the temporal change pattern of oil content: slow oil accumulation stage, rapid oil accumulation stage, and stable oil accumulation stage. Inconsistent developmental patterns were found in main fruit inclusions of S. paniculata, a remarkable synthesis of sugar and protein at slow oil accumulation stage, whereas they were metabolized sharply that resulted in substantial increases of oil content at rapid oil accumulation stage, and protein as a storage substance was increased markedly at stable oil accumulation stage. At the same time, minerals performed a notable enrichment at rapid oil accumulation stage, and also intensively associated with fi'uit inclusions accumulation trend. Among these minerals, potassium (K) showed a significant correlation with fruit inclusions development patterns.
