摘要
职业压力既可能成为幼儿教师发展的动力,也可能成为限制其发展的桎梏。农村民办幼儿教师因地域问题表现出的较大职业压力,主要影响因素有年龄与学历、工作量与福利待遇、社会期望与专业要求、园所管理与人际关系等。政府、幼儿园和教师自身应形成合力,将农村民办幼儿教师职业压力转化成动力,激发其职业发展动机,挖掘其内在潜力,提高农村学前教育的质量,促进农村学前教育的发展。
Occupational stress can be both the motivation and the bottle of developing for the kindergarten teachers. In countryside, the teachers of non - government funded kindergarten show more occupational stress for regional reason with main factors including age and education, workload and welfare, social expectation and the professional requirement, management of kindergarten and the interpersonal relationship and so on. The government, kindergarten and teachers should unite into one force together to make the occupational stress of teachers into the driving force, rise the occupational motivation, and exploit their potentialities to improve the quality of rural preschool education and promote its progress.
