摘要
运用SE-DEA模型对河南省近10年的物流业数据进行了物流效率的评价,得出了10年来河南省物流效率普遍较高、2015年效率评价排名第一、物流业规模效益自2011年以来逐年递减的结论。运用Tobit模型对河南省物流效率的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,区位因素和物流资源利用率对河南省物流效率的影响较大。最后对河南省物流业的发展提出建议。
The author evaluated the logistics efficiency of nearly 10 years＇ data in Henan province by means of SE-DEA model, it finds that efficiency is high generally, of which efficiency evaluation ranked first in 2015. The scale and benefits of logistics decreased year by year since 2011 due to the global eco-nomic downturn. The author analyzes influencing factors of logistics efficiency in Henan province by means of Tobit model, the results show that location factors and utilization of logistics resource influence logistics efficiency largely in Henan province. Finally, the author proposed some suggests on the develop- ment of logistics in Henan province.
