摘要
目的:配合医院的绩效考核管理,定量评价每份医嘱用药的合理性。方法:把常见的22条不合理用药项目,按照不合理权重的大小设定权重值,依照医嘱点评项目逐份点评病历,按照绩效考核评分标准,计算出各病区绩效考核分数,上报该考核分数并计入该病区的绩效考核总分中,报财务部按考核总分分配当月奖励工资。结果:2014年全年平均权重值为0.34,2015年全年平均权重值为0.21,明显低于2014年,两年用药基本合理。经过两年的用药点评与考核,医嘱用药合格率逐月提高,平均权重值逐月下降,全院医嘱用药的综合指标趋于合理。结论:用加权法点评用药合理性并配合绩效考核的评价体系可行,我院该工作模式已进入良性状态。
Objective: To cooperate with the administration of performance assessment and to evaluate the rational drug usage. Methods: Twenty two common irrational drug usage items were classified as weighted value, commented prescriptions by items of medical advice, performance assessment scores were used to decide performance bonus. Results: The average of weighted value in 2014 was 0. 34 and in 2015 was 0. 21, the average of weighted value in 2015 was lower, which indicated that the drug usage was basically rational. During the performance assessment in 2014 and 2015, the ratio of rationalization of drug usage monthly increased. The composite indicator was tended to be rational in the whole hospital. Conclusion: The weighting method applied in performance assessment for hospital is in benign state.
