微波辅助萃取气相色谱质谱法同时测定木制品中3种有机磷阻燃剂

Simultaneous determination of three kinds of organophosphorous flame retardants in wood products by gas chromatography tandem mass combined with microwave assisted extraction method

摘要 为建立有效的阻燃剂的使用规范和为监管制度提供理论依据,本实验建立了微波辅助萃取气相色谱质谱法同时测定木制品中3种有机磷阻燃剂的分析方法,并考察了萃取溶剂、萃取条件对试验体系的影响。结果表明,采用丙酮为萃取溶剂,70℃下萃取30min,利用选择离子扫描,3种阻燃剂在0.05mg/L^2.0mg/L线性范围内质量浓度与响应值呈现良好的线性关系,加标回收率为87.0~111.2%,相对标准偏差为3.6~16.3%。该方法操作简单,提取效果较好,能够有效的检测木材及其制品中3种有机磷阻燃剂。 The optimal conditions were as follows: extraction solvent: acetone, extraction temperature: 70℃, extraction time: 30min. Under the optimal conditions, three calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 05 - 2. 0mg/L , the recovery was in the range of 87.0%-111.20%, the RSD was in the range of 3.6%-16.3%. The method is simple and has a better extracting effect.
