低剂量CT在早期肺癌筛查中的应用及影像学表现 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析低剂量CT在早期肺癌筛查中的应用与影像学表现。方法:选取2014年5月至2016年6月在郑州大学第五附属医院进行体检的180例人员,对180例体检人员进行低剂量计算机断层扫描(CT)检查与X线片,记录结节性病灶体检人员、X线胸片结节性病灶体检人员。结果:CT检查出结节性病灶30例患者,X线片检查检出结节性病灶人员有16例,两种检查方式之间的数据进行对比,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量CT检查异常事件例数要多于X线片,是临床早期肺癌筛查的首选方法。
