摘要
肝泡型包虫病是一种严重危害人类健康、具有肝脏恶性肿瘤侵袭性及破坏性等特点的疾病。临床早期发病隐匿,晚期常侵及血管或淋巴管向肝外转移,引起其他脏器病变。本文旨在研究肝泡型包虫病肝外转移的影像学表现,提高临床工作者对肝外泡型包虫病的认识,做出早期诊断,延缓病程进展。
Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis is a serious hazardous disease to human health, which has the invasive and destructive features of liver malignant tumor. It is characterized by insidious onset in early clinical stage, invasion of blood vessels or lymphatic vessels and extrahepatic metastasis in the late clinical stage, resulting in diseases in other organs. This review aims to summarize and analyze the imaging findings of extrahepatic metastasis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, in order to help clinical workers understand hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, make diagnosis early and delay the progression of the disease.
