摘要
对扬州某地区集约化奶牛场2011—2016年中国荷斯坦奶牛冻精繁育效果跟踪分析,结果表明:在实际生产中,对13月龄后备青年母牛运用不同性质冻精人工授精,其国产性控冻精、进口性控冻精受胎率分别为52.69%和60.24%,而没有经过分离处理的普通冻精受胎率可达到80%以上。与普通冻精相比,青年母牛使用性控冻精配种具有更高的经济价值,从净得有用生产后备母牛效率得出,进口性控冻精(44.87%)>国产性控冻精(37.9%)>普通冻精(31.71%),其中进口冻精净得可生产用母牛犊效率最高,同时性控冻精在牧场群体遗传改良方面也起了积极的作用。性控冻精繁育的后代在生产力方面与普通冻精无显著差异(P>0.05),打消了企业对性控冻精使用的一些顾虑。
The present project was conducted to examine the breeding effects of different nature frozen semen of Chinese Holstein on inten- sive dairy farm in Yangzhou area from 2011 to 2016. Results showed that the conception rates of nature frozen sexed semen of domestic and imported semen to breeding of the 13-month-old heifer were 52. 69% and 60. 24%, respectively. However, no treated semen conception rates could reach 80%. Compared to untreated semen, sexed semen had high economic value for use in virgin heifers. From a net gain of use- ful production heifer, the import sexed semen (44. 87%) was best, followed by the domestic sexed semen (37.9%) and the common frozen semen (31.71%), In addition, imports of sexed semen in pasture population genetic improvement played an active role. Offspring of sexed semen had no significant difference (P〉0. 05) from general semen in terms of productivity, which dispels the apprehension of some enterpri- ses to use sexed semen.
