定量CT与MR mDixon-quant测量肝脏脂肪含量的相关性研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的:比较、分析定量CT(QCT)和MR mDixon-quant对健康人群肝脏脂肪含量测量结果的一致性和相关性。方法:对21位男性和32位女性健康社区居民进行腹部QCT和MR mDixon-quant扫描,QCT分别采用标准计算公式(测量结果记为Fat%QI)和校正后的计算公式(测量结果记为Fat%QR)测量肝脏脂肪含量,并采用MR mDixon-quant测量肝脏脂肪分数(测量结果记为Fat%mD)。比较男、女两组之间的肝脏脂肪含量的测量结果有无差异,比较总体样本QCT与MR mDixon-quant测量结果之间的一致性,并计算相关性系数。结果:QCT及MR mDixon-quant的测量结果均显示,男性与女性的肝脏脂肪含量差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。总体样本的Fat%QI和Fat%QR分别为(-0.09%±4.88%)和(8.66%±4.41%),Fat%QI显著低于Fat%mD(P<0.01),平均差值为(-6.42%±2.44%),而Fat%QR显著高于Fat%mD(P<0.01),平均差值为(2.33%±2.36%)。Fat%QI、Fat%mD的相关程度(r=0.708,P<0.01)与Fat%QR、Fat%mD的相关程度(r=0.707,P<0.01)近似。结论:与MR mDixon-quant的测量结果相比,使用重新校正的计算公式的QCT能够准确测量中国健康人群的肝脏脂肪含量。 Objective:To compare the consistency and correlation of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) meth- od with MR mDixon-quant method for quantification of hepatic fat content in healthy people. Methods.. Twenty-one men (aged 57-83 years) and thirty-two women (aged 54~80 years) underwent abdomen QCT and MR mDixon-quant examina- tions, and hepatic fat content was determined by two kinds of QCT calculation equations(Fat %QCT(ICRU), Fat% QCT(revised) ) and MR mDixon-quant fat fraction (Fat%mDixon-quang). The results were compared between the male and female groups. The re- sults by QCT were compared to MR mDixon-quant, and the correlation coefficients between QCT and MR mDixon-quant were calculated. Results:There was no significant difference in hepatic fat content between men and women in the study group. The mean( ± standard deviation, SD) of Fat%QCT(ICRU) and Fat %QCT(revised)was ( - 0. 09 % ± 4. 88 %) and (8.66 % ±4.41 %, respectively. Fat%QCT(ICRU) was significantly lower than Fat%mDixion-quant (P〈0.01), and the mean ( ± SD) of differ- ence was (- 6.42 % ± 2.44 % ). Fat % QCT(revised) was significantly higher than Fat% mDixon-quant (P〈0.01 ), and the mean (± SD) of difference was (2.33 %± 2.3 6 % ). The correlation between Fat %QCT(revised)and Fat%mDixon-quent (r=0. 708, P〈0.01 ) was similar to that between Fat% QCT(ICRU〉 and Fat %mDixox-quant(r= 0. 707, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion:Compared to MR mDixon-quant, QCT using the revised calculation equations can measure hepatic fat content accurately in healthy Chinese population.
