摘要
目的探究瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床疗效以及对患者血脂及动脉粥样斑块的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的60例脑梗死患者,平分两组,实验组患者服用瑞舒伐他汀钙片,对照组患者采用常规抗血小板聚集药物。比较两组在治疗前、治疗后6个月、治疗后12个月血脂水平、颈动脉粥样斑块变化及药物安全性情况。结果治疗后实验组患者TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者颈动脉粥样斑块积分均有所减少,治疗后6个月、12个月实验组斑块积分均小于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出现1例头晕、2例恶心呕吐,对照组出现2例头晕、2例恶心呕吐、1例皮疹。两组不良反应情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死具有调节血脂、改善颈动脉粥斑块的疗效,药物安全性高,可在脑梗死治疗中长期使用,以降低脑梗死病发及致残致死的几率。
Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin on the clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral infarction and blood liquid and carotid plaque. Methods 60 cases of patients with carotid plaque admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group took the rosuvastatin, while the control group adopted the routine antiplatelet drugs, and the blood liquid level, changes of carotid plaque and drug safety were compared before treatment, in 6 months and 12 months after treatment. Results After treatment, the change range of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels in the experimental group was bigger than that in the control group( P < 0. 05), after treatment, the carotid plaque integral decreased, and the carotid plaque integral in the experimental group in 6 months and12 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and in the experimental group, there was 1 case with dizziness and 2 cases with nausea and vomiting, in the control group, there was 1 case with dizziness, 2 cases with nausea and vomiting and 1 case with rash, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction was not statistically significant(P >0.05). Conclusion The rosuvastatin in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has the curative effect of adjusting the blood liquid and improving the carotid plaque with high drug safety, which can be used in the treatment of cerebral infarction for a long time thus reducing the morbidity and disabled rate of cerebral infarction.
